Goan Costera
"Goan" is the coastal region of India. "Costera" means coastal in Spanish. Together: Coast to Coast.
The Story
Goa was always the inspiration for this one. The coastline, the coconut palms, the fish markets at dawn — there is a brightness to Goan food that feels unlike anywhere else in India. It is sunshine on a plate.
We took that spirit — the coconut, the turmeric, the tamarind tang — and blended it with the citrus freshness of Mexican salsa verde. The result is something you genuinely cannot stop eating. Light enough to feel like a holiday, bold enough to know it is El Vida Sabor.
